So, we have a winner. Despite some late competition from Cajun Squirrel, with a hefty score of 9/10 Fish & Chips are crowned the champion crisp. At least in my little competition they are anyway.
I will text in my answer to Walker's, and then probably do it again and again and again. These crisps must become regulars.
Although, the most amazing thing from my whole journey, is that I've lost 4lbs of weight whilst doing these taste tests. Fantastic!

Taste Test - Crispy Duck and Hoisin
Upon first eating these crisps I immediately recognized the duck taste. Not as strong as in actual duck (to be expected I suppose), but it was there. They weren't horrible, but they weren't particularly nice either.
Which leaves me with a tough decision. All in all, this were the worst tasting of these crisps. However, I'd say they were probably the most accurate tasting. What should I base my score on?
Hmmm, I suppose the fact of the matter is, they didn't taste that nice, so I don't want them to win.

Taste Test - Cajun Squirrel

And I was.
It's actually quite awkward to describe the taste of these, but I know that I like them. Fantastic tasting. These would take pride of place in any crisp cupboard.
Or am I the only person who has a crisp cupboard?

Taste Test - Chilli & Chocolate

In the end there was no need however, as what I tasted was pretty much exactly as expected. A hint of the Thai Chilli Walkers Sensations was in there, but the taste I could recognise above all else was the chocolate.
I love chocolate. And I love crisps. But together, they don't work. It's sort of like how I love driving but I also love sleeping. They won't work together either.
If the government goes ahead with those plans to create a chocolate tax, these could be an option for regular eating, but for now, I'm gonna have to go with an average rating. It does what it tries to, it just doesn't try anything too spectacular.

Taste Test - Builder's Breakfast

Builder's Breakfast. Before I tasted any of these flavours, I would've liked this to win. It came from somebody in Belper, which is only a few miles away from me. So it's sort of like supporting your home team.
However, upon tasting them, I think I'm gonna have to change my loyalties. They taste mildly of bacon, but not really much else. And they smell pretty bad. The worst so far. And I love big, fat breakfasts too.
While I was at Sainsbury's, I picked up another flavour for tomorrow. Let's hope it's an improvement.

Taste Test - Fish And Chips

Next up is Fish And Chips. Wow! What a taste. These are amazing.
I remember when I first met my girlfriend, and the shop up the road sold Fish And Chips crisps. I don't know what they were, or who made them, but they were in the shapes of little fishes and chippies. Anyway, they were really nice, and I haven't seen any for a good five years since. But these taste just like them.
Fantastic. I know I still have 4 more flavours to go through, but these are going to take some beating.
